Shipping:
Fishermansgpssite  ships via every major carrier.  Shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all carriers’ websites).  Third party billing is available for most carriers.  Please note all lost or damaged third party shipment claims must be initiated by the third party account holder.

Warranty/Return Policy:
Fishermansgpssite offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to info@fishermansgpssite.com  and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

All customers who place orders online will automatically receiving shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has been made. In addition customers who place phone orders can also receive the shipment and tracking information if you supply an email address. Lost / Damaged Shipments:

If you should receive a shipment from the fishermansgpssite that has been damaged in shipping please call us right away! Any claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

In addition, if you believe your shipment is lost, please call us right away so we can start a tracer with UPS and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 5-7 days to completehipments require an adult signature upon delivery
